It features: • Ground floor: a spacious living area with lounge, dining space and kitchenette, a bathroom with WC, and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the garden • Upstairs mezzanine: a double bedroom with access to a balcony Highlights: - 180 cm-wide bed, can be separated into two 90 cm beds - Spacious, welcoming, and distinctive space - Plenty of room inside for your equipment and accessories (bikes, golf bags, hiking gear, etc.) - Two bikes available, plus fishing gear for shore fishing, beach equipment, and a picnic basket - Sandy beaches 150 m away and close to Argenton port - Shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser, home decor stores) - GR34 hiking trail nearby - 18-hole golf course in Saint-Renan, 15 minutes by car As a local, I am happy to share tips and must-see spots in this lovely corner of paradise.
